Omega Tip is a Discord bot that facilitates cryptocurrency tipping between users with zero fees and instant execution. We support multiple blockchains including BC2 (Bitcoin II) and Adventure Coin (ADVC), with more chains being added continuously. Our platform is designed for speed, security, and simplicity.

3. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of their Discord account and access credentials
• Using the service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not engaging in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities
• Not attempting to exploit, hack, or manipulate the bot or its systems
• Verifying recipient information before sending tips
• Understanding that cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible

4. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate action:

• Money laundering or financing of illegal activities
• Fraud, scams, phishing, or deceptive practices
• Harassment, abuse, or threatening behavior toward other users
• Attempting to circumvent security measures or exploit vulnerabilities
• Using the service for any unethical or criminal purposes
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse the system
• Automated or bot-driven abuse of the tipping system

5. Consequences of Violations

Users who engage in prohibited activities or violate these terms will face severe and immediate consequences. We take security and ethical use seriously.

• Permanent ban from using Omega Tip across all platforms
• Forfeiture of funds held in the bot at the time of violation
• Reporting to authorities for criminal activities and law enforcement cooperation
• Legal action including civil and criminal prosecution where applicable
• Public disclosure of violations to protect the community

6. Limitation of Liability

Omega Tip is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not responsible for:

• Loss of funds due to user error, negligence, or misuse
• Blockchain network issues, delays, or failures
• Unethical or illegal use of the service by other users
• Any damages resulting from service interruptions or technical issues
• Third-party Discord platform changes or outages
• Market volatility or cryptocurrency value fluctuations

7. No Liability for Misuse

We explicitly disclaim any responsibility for how users choose to use Omega Tip. Users who engage in unethical, illegal, or criminal activities do so at their own risk and will be held fully accountable for their actions. Omega Tip is a tool for legitimate cryptocurrency tipping only. Any misuse is the sole responsibility of the user.

8. Security & Privacy

We implement military-grade security measures to protect user data and transactions. However, users must also take responsibility for their own security practices. We do not store private keys and cannot recover lost funds. All transactions are recorded on public blockchains.

9. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of Omega Tip at any time without prior notice. We may also update these Terms of Service periodically. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Dispute Resolution
